What can I warm in it?
Massage gel, massage oil, and wax. That's what the multi-purpose in the name is about. Pour into the 500ml chamber, set your temperature, wait a few minutes.
How hot does it get?
Adjustable from 35°C to 125°C (95°F to 257°F). Wide enough to cover body-temperature gel through to full wax-melting heat.
What temperature should I use for massage gel?
Around 37°C to 40°C (98°F to 104°F) feels skin-comfortable and warm without being hot. Start lower and dial up if you'd like it warmer.
How long does it take to heat up?
A few minutes for body-temperature settings, longer for the higher wax-melting ranges. The LCD shows when it's hit your target.
Is it safe to leave running during a session?
Yes, the warmer is designed to hold temperature safely during a session. Don't leave it unattended for long periods or overnight, and don't let the chamber run dry.
Can I put a bottle directly in it?
No. Pour the gel or oil into the 500ml chamber rather than submerging the bottle. Bottles don't heat evenly and the fit isn't designed for it.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool fully first, then wipe the chamber clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, warm water and mild detergent work fine. Never submerge the electrical body in water.
Can I use it with any brand of gel or oil?
Yes. Any water-based gel, oil, or wax that suits the temperature range will work in the chamber.
Does it store well between sessions?
Yes. Empty, clean, and dry the chamber, then store the warmer in a dry cabinet. Keeps indefinitely with basic care.
