Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Please read this policy before you order so you know where you stand. The short version: if something arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, we'll sort it out. Change-of-mind returns are handled case by case because of the personal nature of these products.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is your product faulty?
Open your order as soon as it arrives and check it over. If anything is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, email us through the Contact Us page and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what's wrong
We'll help sort it out and send instructions for any warranty claim. Getting in touch first often saves a return trip; in many cases we can replace or refund without the item coming back at all.
Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. This timeframe doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; it just helps us resolve faults quickly.
We can't cover damage caused by misuse, so please follow the care instructions on the product or its packaging.
Changed your mind?
Because these products are personal-use items, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case. We ship straight from our warehouses to your door, and your health and safety is the priority. Used or opened items can't go back into stock.
If the product is unopened and still sealed, contact us through the Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery and we'll let you know whether we can accept the return. If we can:
- Return shipping is at your cost
- The item must arrive at our warehouse in original condition
- A refund is issued after our team inspects it
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we've received your return and inspected it, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. From there it usually takes 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to put the money back in your account.
