Is your product faulty?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you suspect any issues with your product, feel free to reach out to our helpful customer service team. Getting in touch with us initially will enable us to work together to troubleshoot and offer personalized warranty claim instructions that are easy to understand.

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

We are not able to cover damage to items that are the result of improper usage. Please follow all care instructions carefully.

Changed your mind?

Because of the personal nature of our products, we process returns on a case-by-case basis. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and assure you that our products are brand new and shipped directly from the factory to our warehouse and then to you. If the product is unopened, we can issue a refund upon its return to our warehouse, subject to inspection by our team and at the customer's expense.


Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order placement. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to complete the refund process and credit the money back to your account after we have processed your refund request. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
