Same day dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm AEST/AEDT ship the same day from our warehouses in Australia, the United States, and Poland. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays go out the next business day.

We ship through Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, USPS, UPS, and other regional carriers depending on the destination. Every order has full tracking, and you'll get the link by email on dispatch day.
Your order arrives in plain packaging. No product names, no website name, nothing on the outside that gives away what's inside or who sent it.
Australian Deliveries
- Standard: 2–7 business days, AU$9.99 (FREE on orders over AU$59*)
- Express: 1–3 business days, AU$12.99
We use Australia Post and StarTrack for most orders, with Sendle handling larger or bulkier shipments. Deliveries to regional and non-metro areas may take a little longer.
If no one's home, your parcel may be left in a safe spot away from the weather.
If the driver decides the location isn't safe, they'll usually leave a card so you can collect from your nearest Post Office. If you'd like signature on delivery, please leave a note at checkout.
If your parcel is misdelivered or doesn't arrive, contact us straight away and we'll work with the carrier to track it down. Where the carrier confirms delivery to your authorised address, we can't be liable for theft after that point. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

USA deliveries

- Express: 2–4 business days, US$12.99
We ship most US orders via USPS or UPS from our US warehouse. Most of the range is held in the US, but on the rare occasion an item is out of stock there we'll ship it from Australia or split your order. If that happens, we'll let you know.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Deliveries outside major cities may take a little longer. Same-day dispatch cut-offs and parcel-handling notes from the sections above apply.

Customers outside Australia agree to the following:
- You're responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country.
- If customs holds or seizes the goods, the duty charges and the cost of the goods can't be refunded.
- If the goods are returned to us by customs or the carrier, additional shipping fees apply if you'd like us to send the parcel again.
