• We match prices from reputable online stores based in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Canada — whichever applies to your delivery address.
• We don't match prices from marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy and similar), discount sites, daily deal sites, or auction sites.
• The competitor's product must be genuine and compliant with the standards of your delivery country (no replicas or imitations).
• The competitor's price must be current, in your local currency, and the product must be in stock and ready to ship.
• The price match must be requested before you place your order. We can't apply it after the fact or refund the difference once you've checked out.
• Comparison is on the all-in price including shipping and any applicable taxes, not just the headline price.
• We'll respond to price match requests within 1–2 business days.
• These terms can change without notice, and we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
