All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

United States
- Regular: 2-7 business days — US$6.99 (FREE on orders over US$59)
- Express: 2-4 business days — US$12.99

All other countries
- Regular: 5-15 business days
- Express: 3-5 business days
- Charges calculated at checkout

Items over 5kg are sent by courier and may take 2-6 business days to deliver.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are charged once the shipment reaches your destination country. Eroticgel is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.

My country isn't listed — can you ship to me?

If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email support@eroticgel.com and we'll look into shipping options for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact support@eroticgel.com with your name and order number and we'll chase it up.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@eroticgel.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these case-by-case and work toward a solution.
