What size is the sheet?
210cm x 156cm x 16cm (83 inch x 61 inch x 6 inch). Comfortably fits two adults for a full-body nuru session.
How fast does it inflate?
Under 60 seconds with the built-in USB electric pump. Press and hold the button and the sheet inflates hands-free while you get the rest of the session ready.
What kind of cord does the pump use?
USB Type-C. The cord is not included in the box, but any standard USB Type-C cable works. Charge the pump before your session. A full charge lasts for multiple inflations.
What's the difference between With Handles and Without Handles?
With Handles adds reinforced side handles on all four sides for grip and stability during the most active sessions. Without Handles is a cleaner, more minimal design. Same size, same vinyl, same raised border. Purely a matter of whether you want something to hold onto.
Can I still inflate it manually if the pump battery dies?
Yes. The sheet has a standard inflation valve as well as the electric pump, so a hand or foot pump will work as a backup. The quick-release deflation valve works regardless of the pump state.
How thick is the vinyl?
0.2mm vinyl (PVC). Built for repeat use and the movement that comes with active nuru sessions.
Can it be used on a bed, floor, or both?
Either. The raised border contains the gel wherever you set up. On a bed, pair with a waterproof fitted sheet underneath for mattress protection. On the floor, lay it directly on a clean surface.
Is it fully waterproof?
Yes. The vinyl surface doesn't absorb water-based, oil-based, or silicone-based products. The gel stays on the sheet and on your skin rather than soaking in.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each session. Dry completely before rolling and storing. Keep the pump area dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry.
The pump won't respond. There's a solid blue light and the button does nothing.
The solid blue light means the pump is working, it's just locked in child-safety mode. To reset: press and hold the button for four seconds, release, then press and hold again for one second. The pump will come out of safety mode and be ready to inflate.

Automatic is for people who want hands-off setup and instant inflation. Manual is around the same sheet in the same size and vinyl thickness, but you provide your own pump. Manual costs less but takes a minute or two of effort each time. Automatic costs more but is ready in under 60 seconds.
